It might have been spiked, or you could just be hungover. There's obviously nothing you can do about it now, but for the future, never EVER drink a drink unless you've seen the bartender make it. And it hasnt left your sight from the bar to your hand. And even then casually keep your hand over the top of the glass. I always order drinks in bottles cos theyre heaps easier to make sure noone spikes. If yuo think about it, with a wide open glass, someone could basically throw a tablet in it without even holding your glass. So just be careful in the future and if someone offers to buy you a drink say "yeah sure! thanks. ill come to the bar with you" and if they're like "nah its ok ill get it" just pretend you havent made up your mind what you want, and go to the bar with them so "you can make up your mind at the bar". Just be safe.
If you dont stop shaking/notice any erratic heartbeats, or have trouble breathing go to your doctor immediately.

My point a view is the situation like this can be already stopped happening if you always try to enjoy your drink with your closest friends, but if you feel like your drink has been spiked,it is better to inform somebody whom can be trusted by yourself and get into a safest place. Next your can think of having some medical treatments if your condition is irritating yourself further.
